Support for Nigeria

At present there are FoRB violations taking place in Nigeria.  Homes are being burned down, family members murdered, young women abducted, and opportunities of education withheld.  These FoRB violations leave a terrible wake of devastation.  Starvation, no home, loss of family members, sexual abuse and the need for education and trauma healing are some of the results of these violations.  We aim to assist the victims of FoRB violations and released abductees by militant groups with their needs and trauma.  The children of these young girls that were conceived through rape and abuse are, through no fault of their own, reminders to their mothers of traumatic, harrowing experiences and need help.  They need a fair chance at life, love and education.

We will be working closely with NGO’s in country and would love to provide support to them and help meet some immediate needs.  In October the FoRB foundation will be visiting Nigeria to confirm the needs of those suffering through FoRB violations and the feasibility of implementing a carefully planned programme of support.
