The FoRB Foundation participates in the 2025 International Religious Freedom Summit 2025

In early February, Foundation Team members will attend and be part of the IRF Summit, International Religious Freedom Summit (IRF Summit), which is held annually in Washington DC. The IRF Summit brings together a broad coalition of partners who passionately support religious freedom around the globe for an annual two-day in-person event. Ninety plus organizations attend, representing over thirty distinct faith traditions and they are the core of the civil society movement to advance international religious freedom around the globe.

Over the past three years, Summit partners including The FoRB Foundation, have built a diverse coalition that is working to advance freedom of religion, conscience, and belief around the world. However, even as the movement for international religious freedom grows, we are witnessing increased levels of religious restriction and persecution. Raising our voices in solidarity with those who suffer due to their belief is more important than ever.

The FoRB Foundation promotes this effort to gain political support for the global religious freedom movement and embolden civil society, people of faith, and governments to take a stand for religious freedom.  We do this through our support of the APPG for International Freedom of Religion or Belief  Home – APPG for International Freedom of Religion or Belief and other similar governmental organizations.

During this year’s IRF Summit, The Foundation will hold a special dinner on Monday evening February 3, to welcome members and friends of the newly created FoRB Council of Ambassadors (FCA)   The FoRB Council of Ambassadors.  Our dinner will be held at Sette Osteria on Connecticut Avenue near the Washington Hilton IRF Summit headquarters.
