The FORB Foundation has been working with Brian Grim of the Religious Freedom and Business Foundation to adapt the REDI Index for use within the sporting sector. The REDI Index is already in use by fortune 500 organisations as a display of their commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion. The Religious Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (REDI) index has a number of indicators that organisations work towards and use to ensure that systems, procedures and advocacy are in place to provide the best level of care and support to employees/staff of all faith or belief backgrounds.
